We are extremely fortunate that ZAP has chosen this forum to share his knowledge and provide such valuable information to us all. Will we really be receiving enough funds from F&P to help make big changes in our society or will it be just enough to put an extra $20 or $30 in the offering plate on Sunday? How about the PP funding?
THE F&P ARE REALLY A SMALL PART OF THE OVERALL PLAN UPSTAIRS HAS FOR OUR HUMANITY, AND WILL PROVIDE A BIT MORE THAN $20 ON THE TABLE, BUT IT WILL NOT BE ENOUGH TO BEGIN ANY REAL SIZE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS – THE PP FUNDING IS SCHEDULED IN, AND THAT WILL CERTAINLY PROVIDE FOR THE PROJECT SIDE ON A GRAND SCALE
When the RV occurs will the economy in the US immediately see the effects like gold dropping back to the $500-$700 range and pricing of retail items in our stores reflect the 60′s pricing if not then over what period of time will our economy gradually drop its values and pricing?
THIS IS A TOUGH ONE TO CALL, BUT WE DO KNOW THAT WHEN THE RV IS ANNOUNCED, OTHER FACTORS HAVE TO BE IN PLACE TO OFFSET THE MASSIVE INFLUX OF NEW MULTI-MILLIONAIRES AND PREVENT A CHAOTIC CHANGEOVER TO THE NEW BASIL III COMPLIANT SYSTEM – MASSIVE BACKROOM WORK IS BEING DONE IN REGARD OF KEEPING STABILITY IN PLACE WHILE LARGE AMOUNTS ARE BEING SPENT – THE RISE IN THE IMMEDIATE SHORT TERM OF THE ECONOMIES DUE TO THE INITIAL SPENDING THAT WILL OCCUR WILL INEVITABLY DROP OFF – THIS SPIKE IS EXPECTED, AND WILL NOT REALLY AFFECT THE OVERALL STABILITY, BUT WILL KICK-START THE BEGINNING OF THE PROSPERITY MENTALITY – THIS WILL BE FOLLOWED UP WITH THE MASSIVE FUNDINGS FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS TO ENABLE FIXING OUR BLUE BALL WE CALL HOME AND CLEAN IT UP – THIS IS A CONTINUATION AND EXPANSION OF THE INITIAL “HIT” THAT SETS THE FOUNDATION FOR WHAT IS TO COME – GOODS AND SERVICES WILL STABILIZE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NEW MONEY FLOWING, AND OUR HUMANITY WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ACTUALLY DO LASTING GOOD WITH THE SECOND ROUND OF NEW MONEY FLOWING IN THROUGH THE PROJECTS
Even though our funds will be accessed from a “five star trust” what security mechanisms will be in place to assure us that the money will always be safe in our personal account and that no one can steal or otherwise manipulate our funds without our knowledge? It would be very upsetting to go to pay for an item and find no funds were available in the account.
THIS FEAR IS PREDOMINANT IN MANY – THE AMOUNT OF FUNDS IN THE BANKS WILL BE EXTRAORDINARY, AND BLOCKS AND FREEZES OF FUNDS, NO MATTER HOW LARGE, WILL BE A THING OF THE PAST – BEFORE (AND AS IT IS NOW FOR THE MOMENT), THE BANKERS WERE TAKING AS MUCH AS THEY COULD IN ANY WAY THEY COULD (UNDER ORDERS) – NOW THAT THE CABAL IS PRETTY WELL GONE, THE FUNDS THAT WILL BE IN THE ACCOUNTS WILL BE BASIL III COMPLIANT, AND UNTOUCHABLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY A CONTAINERS OF AK-47S AND START A WAR…THEN YOU CAN KISS THE MONEY GOODBYE – IN ESSENCE, IF THE MONEY IS NOT SPENT FOR THE RIGHT REASONS, THEN EXPECT SANCTIONS – IF SPENT TO HELP, NOT HARM, THEN SPEND AWAY – TURNS OUT THERE IS MUCH MORE MONEY TO BE MADE IN PEACE THAN IN WAR IF DONE RIGHT
We understand our funds will be protected in a “five star trust.” Can you shed some light on how we will access these funds, as a signatory of the trust or will the funds transfer to us personally upon access or some other way?
THE FIVE STAR TRUST IS AN ACTUAL TRUST DESIGNED FOR THE BENEFIT OF OUR HUMANITY – IT WAS MISUSED FOR A WHILE, BUT THAT HAS BEEN PRETTY WELL TAKEN CARE OF – THE USA HAS MUCH AT STAKE THROUGH THIS TRUST, AS IT WILL BE ONE OF THE MAJOR FORCES DRIVING THE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS – ANYBODY THAT WISHES TO HELP OTHERS WILL HAVE FUNDS ALLOCATED TO THEM FOR THIS PURPOSE, AND AGAIN, THIS MONEY WILL BE FREELY SPENDABLE – YOU WILL HAVE IT IN YOUR PERSONAL OR CORPORATE ACCOUNT FOR YOUR SIGNATORY
We have been told our funds will be accessed from a “five star trust.” If we set up multiple accounts within the same bank as we receive or if we transfer funds out of the original receiving account to other accounts nationally or internationally will these new accounts be afforded the same “five star trust” protection?
YES
If we have friends and family members who were either skeptical or felt this to be an unlawful adventure in the beginning here in the US is there an opportunity for them to become involved at this late date in the pay out? Some of these people also want to be involved in changing our planet through an established project.

Forests worth of paper work have been processed to close out the past world, I extend my gratitude to those who got on that grindstone and never stopped until the job was done, even while we all bitched about how long it was taking and swearing to god, it would never happen. Seems things have come full circle with President Xi visiting President Obama in California at Sunnylands, “Camp David of the West.” One of President Reagan’s favorite spots. As it was President Reagan who gave the go ahead the Connecticut Trustee and his team for all of this to start for the US many years ago. The news reports Obama is pressing Xi on the Cyber Attacks issue and both men are getting to know one another which was mostly fluff for the public’s consumption. The first 15 minutes of their meeting was really the historic part of the visit with agreements and document signings pertaining to our programs and the RV which put the payout phase into OVERDRIVE! Now you know why this meeting wasn’t a formal head of state meeting at the White House, important world changing events needed to be done, no time for all the fancy stuff.

A VERY INTERESTING WEEK HAS GONE BY WITH MANY EVENTS CONVERGING TO THE FINAL RESULT: PEACE AND PROSPERITY FOR OUR HUMANITY.
LAST WEEK, THE FAMILY ALLOWED THE FIRST DOWNLOADS TO OCCUR ON THE HISTORIC ASSET REDEMPTIONS. EVERYBODY CELEBRATED. WHEN MONDAY CAME AND EVERYBODY WAS OVER THE HANGOVERS, THEY WENT TO THE BANK TO DIRECT THE PAYMENTS TO THE PEOPLE THAT SUBMITTED THEIR HISTORIC ASSETS FOR REDEMPTION AND.….NO MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT. THE BILDERBERGERS ASSEMBLED AN EMERGENCY MEETING. THEY DISCUSSED THIS. THEY YELLED. THEY CRIED. THEY DRANK FINE WINE. BUT WAGING A WAR WITH THE UNIVERSE AND ALL OF GOD’S WORKS IS KINDA USELESS TO BEGIN WITH, BUT THINKING THAT ANY WRONGDOING CAN BE FIXED WITH A TRILLION OR TEN JUST DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE. SO THEY SORTA SLUNK BACK UNDER THEIR VARIOUS ROCKS THEY CALL HOME.
IN THE MEANTIME, HUMANITY MOVED FORWARD. THE LAST DETAIL OF THAT SEQUENCE WAS THE TAX RAMIFICATIONS, AND THE SATISFACTION OF THE OUTSTRETCHED PALMS OF THE VARIOUS GOVERNMENTS INVOLVED. NOW WITH THE AGREEMENTS IN PLACE, INCLUSIVE OF THE DINAR/DONG REVALUATION, ALL CAN MOVE FORWARD TO THE NEXT STAGE OF THE RELEASES.

WITHOUT THEIR HELP, THE DARK FORCES STOOD A CHANCE OF WINNING.
THERE IS SO MUCH I WISH I COULD SAY, BUT NOT YET – WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A DELICATE PROCESS RIGHT NOW, AND CONFIDENTIALITY IS A MUST. MUCH FUN AHEAD AS WE MOVE FORWARD INTO THE LIGHT OF TRUTH AND TRANSPARENCY. MANY WILL STEP FORWARD NOW AND HELP WITH THE TASKS AT HAND, AND GIVE A HELPING HAND TO OTHERS IN NEED. THIS IS THE TIME WHEN HUMANITY JOINS HANDS AROUND THE POOL, AND ON THE SIGNAL, JUMP IN AND ENJOY THEMSELVES.

THE VARIOUS TRUSTS, FOUNDATIONS, BANKS, AND PLATFORMS CAN ALREADY SEE THE MONEY IN THE ACCOUNTS, AND THEY ARE TO BE RELEASED IN THE NEXT DAYS.

6.2.13 Time for Plain Talk

I would like to reintroduce myself. Many know me as Susan, I have “been behind the curtain.” My forever partner has ascended as he promised – Not necessarily the way I would have wished. For me, this has been “The Time Travel of Shock,” loss and re-adjustment. I know that Poof, Serenius, believed in you as much as you believed in Him. This is a dynamite newsletter today that is sure to grab your attention! Now is the “Time for Plain Talk” and we are so blessed to have a very special contribution from ZAP. His realm is the “Nose Bleed Section.” He speaks with those in the very top positions in China and around the world. Today he has taken the time to share his knowledge and wisdom of where we are right now and how we arrived here with our newsletter family. Make no mistake this is neither rumor nor conjecture but fact, a time for truth and a “Time for Plain Talk.”

Poof is gone, but not gone - We are here to continue the information dissemination and provide clarity while wading through all of the “Muck.”
The first piece of real news: It looks like there will be a tad of sunshine peeking through as the “first ever” download of funds for the redemption of historic assets, occurred shortly before the settling bank closed last Friday for the weekend. This is of extreme significance, because before the Global Settlements or the announcement of the RV of the Dinar/Dong could occur, the release of the Matrix Funds (Humanity’s Wealth) needed to be done. None of this would be possible without Basel III being fully instituted globally. This action then allows the process for completely removing all “Historic Assets” (bonds), which have plagued our humanity for decades through theft, obviation of agreements and treaties, and greed in general.
Once these funds start moving through the system paying out to the various holders of these “Historic Assets,” then the settlements will begin and the RV becomes an inevitable reality. Never mind all of the constant rumors regarding the RV, this is the process and sequence of events. Prior to this release all of the Federal Reserve boxes, debt notes, bonds and all other interesting debt obligations had to be not only settled but all had to be completely destroyed after the fact by disappearing into the nearest furnace. Our humanity could not afford to have this historic debit from the bond redemption and other debts spilling into the “New System.” It would be like dragging a 1 ton anchor behind while trying to run a 440 meter race. Now maybe you can grasp the extreme significance of the action that took place last Friday. Let the celebration begin!
Who pushed the button? The correct answer is: The Chinese Royal Family along with the USA, China, and the occasional backing of the Russian Government (in conjunction with all the other countries).
We hear so much regarding China these days in our national news that some may actually fear their involvement in world affairs. Let’s be very clear we are not talking about the Chinese government here. The Chinese we speak of were chosen by the Celestials millennia ago to be the “Keepers” (Guardians) of humanity’s wealth (the Matrix Funds), because they can keep secrets, care for our humanity and they have great integrity.
Over time, the Chinese created many complex systems to keep the secrets, secret. But through the generations when the “Keepership” was handed down Father to Son/Daughter, the Son/Daughter sometimes forgot the true mission and meaning of their “Keepership” and decided the wealth in their keep was actually their inheritance and therefore theirs. That’s where part of the problems started. The other part was the various leaders of our nations who caught the greed bug.
The “Family” is often times called “The Dragons,” the “Elders,” etc. Yes, “The Dragons” come in many colors, white, blue, gold, black, green, etc., with colors designating administartion, treasury, guardian, etc., and to make it even more interesting each dragon is assigned a number. There is no one “Dragon” that is the supreme entity, it’s more like a council of “Dragons.” Or shall I say Dragons, Tigers, Butterfly, Lotus and other animals and fruits and vegetables. I think they are so caught up in themselves they exhibit the intelligence of a parsnip when it comes to common sense, and the true purpose/mission of helping humanity. The hierarchy is comprised of the Dragon Lords (Celestials) with the lesser human Dragons, of whatever color, and earthly councils being in charge of their designated tasks.
The head of the family, let’s call him Grandpa, of the various factions ( there are many and some are vying for position like in all systems) has started an internal cleanup. He is a few centuries old, but still considered a youngster. They don’t really start to take you seriously until you hit 500, but he is an exception. Grandpa supposedly died sometime ago, but he didn’t really and everybody was looking for his replacement. Then as usual the jostling for position problems occurred. In the mean time, Grandpa sat back and watched the circus for a while and made a list of who was naughty and nice. He them announced he was alive, back and ready to start the clean up. This will extend the mass arrests when the clean up hits that level. As you can see and hear in the news part of this clean up has already started.
Remember that as in all cases, there are bad apples in every bushel and the “Family” is no exception. For the most part they are good people with their hearts in the right place and holding the intent high for the benefit of all. Then there are ones who feel the “Matrix Wealth” in their keep is theirs….they have lost sight of what is real and what their mission really is. The “Family” weeds those out and they either disappear if their ego and greed are so great they can actually harm the “Matrix,” or they just get stripped of their responsibility and a replacement is installed. That is a snapshot of the basic system of “Keepers” and why they are here. I could spend hours going into details on this but this will suffice for now.
So, there you go a bit of clarity to munch on! This is a little different for me to speak like this, but my dear brother James showed me something that was needed in these times, so I am happy to speak out a bit. Thanks James for being here for us and shedding light on a whole dump truck full of dark…Here comes the front end loader full of light.

So, it’s the end already, the work is done and it’s all over but the shouting! That’s what you said last week now what in heaven’s name is the hold up. NOTHING! Let’s just cut the crap and let me splain things to you if your man enough to take it. IT AINT NEVER BEEN DONE BEFORE! Now there that’s as crystal clear as if Mark Twain himself had said it. Besides I said “it’s close enough to smell.” The hard cold fact is nothing is wrong and everything is rolling smoothly as this mechanical process is working pedal to the metal but some documents handed down through the generations need to be handled carefully which slows things a bit. Also, returning the “Republic” to it’s glory days is a very delicate process needs to be massaged into place. We are on a week to week schedule for final completion. Like preparing a gourmet meal the process at times is meticulous but oh is the wait so worth it. “A Promise is a Promise” the masses are next and very, very soon!
While your waiting a minute reflect on these words……..How can you call yourself a christian and not follow what the master said about taking care of the ‘least’. There are principles of nature that even effect govs, greed will get you in the end. The st germain trust exists because it’s intention was always to shift the wealth of the world from the greedy to those in need and make life’s principles real for the common folk. Nature will always make a balance and no amount of politics can change that. They joined withe the dragons because their purpose was the same. The elders joined them both for the same reason. They could see the eddies of time moving to the big shift and they have ‘age’ on most. They broke the code on longevity and have lived accordingly ever since. The secret is ‘attitude adjustment’. Change your mind, change your life. Take ownership of your own crap. Man, it is time to end serfdom for the masses. The lords are being whupped big time, from the top and not a thing they can do about it, they borrowed and failed to pay back, the casino has been foreclosed upon.
The skies have been rumbling and the weather forecasts rain on all the crops. A harvest for the world, as it were is close at hand. Reagan’s appointee will finally be able to take a much needed vacation from his labors and I can go sit my butt on a nice beach and drink umbrella drinks…and never speak of this change over again.

As we were going to press with this newsletter our hearts were saddened as we learned of Poof’s passing. After a very brief illness “Poof” has gone to be with his MASTER. Thank you, to all of our loyal readers for your prayers and support at such a very sad time for us all. Poof can now finally see clearly the “Big Picture” that he has worked so hard for all of these years! He will forever guide our thoughts and deeds as we seek out our future in the “bright new world” that awaits us. My “Missouri Hat” has been pulled down pretty tight recently not from disbelief in our mission, more a matter of when. Well, I have now raised my “Missouri Hat” a bit and here’s what I see….an emergency meeting of the G-7 finance ministers going on in Europe……IRS seems to be having a meltdown……many global currencies have revalued showing up in Europe. As positive change abounds for the masses it appears the PTB have become deathly ill. Their arrogance was unbelievable, those folks in circles that believe in their ‘right’ to lord it over everybody else who couldn’t see the truth when it was right at the end of their noses. Games over, the planet is not yours, to do as you wish. “What goes around comes around” or as the folks in the East say: “Karma is a bitch.”
This type of public forum restricts what I can say but here are a few facts you may find interesting as we are now enter the “final countdown”; ….internal banking system ready to switch over officially with announcements “check”……people are in place around the world to begin wealth redistribution “check”…..increased security in banks “check”……RV rates locked in “check”…..the countdown progresses very quickly and smoothly. Unprecedented events are about to unfold, that will shock the world and especially americans. The meaning of true freedom will be one of them. The work is done and it’s all over but the shouting. A harvest for the world is at hand.
As I’ve said before…..True independence is coming to a town near you. It’ll start small, then become huge. One foot in front of the other, walk into the future and don’t look back, or you’ll get turned into a pillar of salt…lololol. ‘It’s all over but the shoutin’ , don’t know the exact ‘moment’ it all flips on it’s head but it’s close enough to smell. I haven’t been responding to emails nor on the computer much but have not missed a beat on the conclusion on this ‘never ending story.’ It is ending and that’s all that matters. Hong Kong is very pleased right now and there is definitely major forward movement.
April showers certainly bring forth May flowers so be prepared to pick your bouquets. That’s right!! It looks like most of the bad guys are put to bed, no more sweet lullabies for them.

So the mess that blew up last week, required major surgery. new CEOs, whole parts of banks being hit with kirby vacuums. No matter folks banks Will, be basel 3 compliant under the new banking system. Regardless of the ‘pukem’, spread on the web, the new is arriving and the masses are not forgotten in it. You are the future of this planet, not the bad guys. So it is written, so it will be.

You know the old line, bad news travels fast. It certainly did this past week, Wells Fargo, getting caught with their fingers in the cookie jar. They didn’t pick up was the swiss bankers tho. When the 3 countries issued the bonds to cover everything being released. They made an assumption, they were free to do as they chose with all that money. That brought so much heat down from the rafters, they withered and lost their jobs. They thought they could do something sneaky but, they are all learning, those days are over, can’t hide that stuff anymore.
Like a virus, the new banking system is taking over the old fractional reserve banking system, that’s been running the world’s banking since 1913. This will cause changes across the planet. Politics is not immune to money as I’m sure you know. As the new regs become known to each country and they are enforced, many changes will become apparent to everyone….across the world. The time of the people has arrived. Before i step away, I wish to send out condolences out to all the families, who’ve lost people suddenly in the last few days who were hanging on til all this redistribution of the wealth was done. Bless you all in the journey into the light and sanity of being. I am having my own issues so, I’m not answering so many emails. It’s all at an end now so, you don’t need me that much anyhow. Dinar folks will have their exchanges, world global settlements are due so, all will be well for everyone. My main function was only to hold the torch up til it was done. Again, the happy talk is rolling. If all that took place amongst the financial ministers, took place, then the world is fully engaged to be rid of the fractional reserve banking system. You say, the fed banking system. It was always coming any how. You can’t maintain control of the world by military might, or worthless paper. Gold is priced in frns and it’s dropping, that should tell you something. Something abnormal is afoot. Central banks are going the way of the dinosaur, each country is growing into running their own clean banking system. That’s the only way they will be able to move on anyway. Such a scary thing, like it’s something foreign, metal backed currency. That’s the way it’s supposed be anyhow, constitutionally. Nothing new here.
Ok, no more happy talk, I got 20 years of listening and frankly I’m bored to tears. A guarantee is no good unless unless Sears backs it…lolol. Just ‘do it’ and be done with it, things will never be perfect on an imperfect planet. Whiners will whine until they realize no one is listening to them. I’ve recently taken on a missouri mindset. ‘Show me’ I’ve been told, all is set, ok…great make it so, Number 1.
I’ve been reading a series, which began 20 years ago, called the ‘wheel of time’, The dragon reborn. The last book is called a ‘memory of light’. The author has passed but left a ton of notes for it to be finished. This series reminds me of my own path. You’ll never make everyone happy and someone will always try to influence your decisions, tho they can only guess at where you are. The object is blueberries, stick with that. Let’s not get confused, oh yea, you’re getting funds and you will do what’s in your hearts to do. Stuff needs fixed around here. That’s as plain as the nose on your face. Along with that liberation to do as you choose, comes those who are frightened half to death of no longer being able to keep you in check. Of finding themselves unneeded. There was much activity on the reval of currencies this past week, the question is, what of the public? Will they finally allow the pubic in on it? Will we see it on forex monday? I’ve heard all the ‘happy talk’. I say ‘don’t move until you see the whites of their eyes’. Much is afoot but, fear still has great strength in this world and that’s ruling the ‘moment’. Things can change in an instant. The question still comes down to the regular people, nobody spends until the little people can. We can thank former justice Sarah Day O’Conner for that caveat. The people that need the help most.
More paper work is being finalized at this moment, this new banking is a reality about to manifest. And more secure, than the fed system ever was. When value is reattached to something of worth for everybody, then equity across the board is the results for everybody. What’s the problem with that? There is no feasible argument can be made against liberating people…unless you have control issues. My time of freedom from what I’ve been doing is ‘here’ and it’s not because somebody told me. It’s a gut thing, I feel it just like many of you. My attention is quickly being turned from this part of what I’ve being to turning this planet back to her course to liberty and beauty. Never mind all the bad lids in the back of the lot, time to turn our back on them and walk away. That’s Freedom, the real stuff, not some politician’s version he has written on a piece of paper he spouts out during the sunday talk shows.
Onward an up ward, lets see what happens this evening and see if the ‘happy talk’ has any merits. As Yogi Berra used to say, ‘it’s not over til it’s over’. Consultations until….the moment….
